By the CCR Sustainability Committee
Last week the CEMS social committee and sustainability committee partnered up to organize this semester’s sustainable biking dinner. The twist to this otherwise common social activity amongst students was to promote conscious consumption and transportation. The hosts preparing the 3-course meal only cooked vegetarian, while the different teams commuted between the destinations by bike.
The night was full of excitement, great conversations and in particular GREAT food!
If you either missed this spectacular event or want to get inspiration for cooking more vegetarian dishes, read on to discover the delicious and diverse meals that the four hosting teams prepared for the biking teams over the course of the evening.
