CEMS Club Rotterdam Presents

Digitization at Port of Rotterdam | CEMS Skills Seminar

Port of Rotterdam Authority (Wilhelminakade 909) – room on 17th floor

***Event reserved to CEMS Students***

What comes to your mind when you think of Rotterdam? Of course, Europe’s largest port. Wouldn’t it be exciting to have a look behind the scenes of such an enormously complex organization? And wouldn’t it be even more interesting to see how innovation happens in there?

On November 14th, a group of 20 students will have the chance to do so. This case-based skill seminar focuses on innovation & organization ecosystems which develop around digital logistics platforms. Even better: this workshop includes a negotiation case in which you will adopt the roles of different stakeholder groups which are all affected by innovation in the Port of Rotterdam.

Sounds scary? Sounds complex? Don’t worry. The workshop will explain relevant theoretical concepts of innovation ecosystems and logistics in detail. A plus for students who will take the CEMS course in Innovation Management: you will be able to apply your theoretical knowledge!
